After Paul Boccuse, a great cook of the world, disappeared, we still have his incredible recipes, even if these are not to give happiness but the people themselves should find it within themselves, regardless of everything else. Everything is relative. Food is a direct expression of the culture of a people. A dish, tasty or not, can also represent, for some, a memory, a special moment of our life, an act of true creativity also in a flat living condition.
Synopsis: Juan and Carla are two people, two ways of transiting, of perceiving the world that converging through the touch give more meaning to their existence. The two meet every day in the subway and at the end they join by chance in a special dance letting their emotions flow as the sea water flows down to the bank and then returns to its immensity leaving something on the beach and dragging with it part of that.

With Carla Carissimi and Joan Casaoliva Calvo.

For this reason, sometimes, the table can also be transformed into a factor of exasperation of our daily worries and our social life. Here often manifest loneliness, indifference, marginalisation, distance, separation and we must also know how to live with whom is different from us.

In a world dominated by multinationals, inflicting unorthodox culinary habits thanks to genetically modified products, the food chain is being destroyed. At a time when chefs are like movie stars, creating recipes that are more and more complicated, one forgets that the real luxury are the natural jewels of Mother Nature.
